I am working as a software engineer at Chirotouch in San Diego, CA. Currently, my team is working on a project that will automate ledger calculations.
In my current role, I
- Implement new features that directly benefit 28% of customers’ experience in the app.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and debug and troubleshoot software to resolve defects.
- Participate in code review as well as developing and documenting user stories.
- Participate in scrum team meetings. (Daily scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, etc.)
- Work with QA Automation Engineers to ensure high quality standards are met.
I worked as an intern at Chirotouch while I was attaining my Bachelor’s degree at SDSU.
In my previous role, I
- Maintained 100% code coverage using Mocha testing framework and Chai assertion library.
- Developed and maintained unit tests, troubleshooted software to resolve defects.
- Drove the transition to Selenium web driver and Chai/Mocha for End-to-End testing and abstracted the most used components into high level functions.
